Fee Schedule

Tickets and passes priced at $5 or less

A flat $0.60 fee applies to each ticket or pass priced at $5 or less after discounts and organization-added fees, before tax. Ticket and pass fees are charged for each ticket or pass sold.

How fees are calculated

Percentage fees apply to the price after discounts, including organization-added fees and applicable tax. Platform fees collected from customers, and tax on those platform fees, do not increase the platform fee.

For merchandise, in-person retail and concessions, and donations, the percentage applies to the total for that category in a payment. The fixed fee applies once for each category included in that payment.

These rates apply to card and ACH payments made online, at the point of sale, or with staff assistance. Cash, check, and transactions requiring no payment have no platform fee.

Minimum payments and fee limit

Paid tickets and passes must be priced at least $1.00; free tickets and passes are supported. Discounts may reduce a purchase to $0.00.

If a positive amount due before any platform fee collected from the customer is less than $1.00, Eventyr waives that amount instead of collecting an electronic payment. A waived amount is not refundable and provides no payment or exchange credit.

The total platform fee will not exceed 60% of the amount due before any platform fee collected from the customer is added.

Exchanges and refunds

For an exchange requiring an additional payment, fees apply to the additional ticket value after exchange credit. Exchanges with no additional payment have no new platform fee.

Platform fees are not refunded to the organization when it refunds a customer, except where required by law or to correct an erroneous fee. The organization remains responsible for funding the refund, including any difference caused by retained platform fees. This does not reduce the customer's rights to a refund.

Promotions and separate agreements

A promotional offer or separate written pricing agreement may provide different rates for your organization. Its stated eligibility, duration, and expiration apply. Unless the offer or agreement says otherwise, the standard schedule effective when the arrangement ends applies afterward.

Optional services and questions

This schedule covers transaction fees. If optional subscriptions are offered, their prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown in organization settings before purchase. Separately purchased hardware or other optional services are priced in the applicable offer.
